CANCELLATION POLICY
💫 Demure Aesthetics Cancellation & Late Policy At Demure Aesthetics, your time and experience are deeply valued. To ensure a smooth and serene experience for every guest, please review the following policies: ✨ Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit, which cannot be transferred to a future appointment. To avoid this, please call or text the studio directly to adjust your appointment. Self-rescheduling online may require a new deposit. ✨ Booking Deposits A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This amount is applied toward your service total at checkout. ✨ Late Arrivals We get it — life happens! Please let us know if you’re running behind. Out of respect for all clients, a 10-minute grace period is offered. • If arriving more than 15 minutes late, a $25 late fee will be added. • After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled, and 50% of the service fee will be charged. ✨ No-Call / No-Show Missed appointments without notice will incur a 50% service fee, and all future services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
